That gap is what I work on.

I specialize in connecting the right person with the right place or helping a home finally be seen by the person it was meant for. I don’t just put homes on the market. I position them. I shape how a property enters the world, so it becomes the clear choice instead of one more option. I stay engaged. I read what the market is telling us. I adjust. Where This Comes From

I grew up in a small Texas town where my dad was both the mayor and the local gunsmith. I watched him turn a 100-year-old gas station into a beautiful home. He taught me that every place has a story and every problem has a solution if you just look closely enough to find it. That instinct is what I bring to real estate.

Homes That Need a Champion

I’m especially drawn to homes that didn’t sell. The ones that feel invisible or “almost right.” Most aren’t broken. They just haven’t been positioned to lead. I love uncovering what’s missing and helping a home finally win its category.

How I Work

Behind me is the Option One team: a full bench of specialists, a dedicated photographer, a videographer, and expert transaction coordinators who handle the details. That support gives you the best experience possible and lets me stay focused on what actually moves the needle for you.

I’m also a mom of two grown kid, a West Point cadet and a social worker. As an empty nester, I’m in that in-between season myself. I pour that energy into helping other families: first homes, next chapters, downsizing, starting over.
